I do remember that 3rd of August over a year ago when I suddenly found a lump in my breast and my world broke to pieces.
Since it was Friday and I could not do anything over the weekend, I fixed myself a cup of tea.
I enjoyed my cup of tea, calmed down, and got my climbing bag ready for a weekend in Cheddar Gorge. Back then I did not know that my approach would eventually translate into a climbing project nor that as soon as we started running sessions twice per week, Covid would enter our lives.
Had not Covid happened, sessions would now be on. Sarah, Ysabelle, Dz, and I would be doing ropes and bouldering with you. But it did. And we got creative. Shoes and chalk in a bag, a walk across a sea garden, and there we go, bouldering close to a city beach.
